Akhirnya keluar juga google chrome untuk mac, walaupun masih beta. Saya sudah coba, kalau untuk browsing standar seperti akses gmail, ngaskus, facebook sudah lumayan bagus, tapi kalau untuk mencoba browsing atau menggunakan aplikasi berbasis web yang sudah menggunakan library seperti Extjs masih kurang bagus, layoutnya jadi ada yang ga pas aka berantakan, mungkin ada css standar yang ga kompatibel di google chrome ini.

Untuk kecepatan eksekusi javascriptnya sudah setara dengan safari di atas firefox dan opera, kalau ga salah safari dan google chrome menggunakan mesin javascript yang sama.

Kalau feature masih bagus firefox sih…

Secara keseluruhan, google chrome bagus banget buat aplikasi2 RIA yang berbasis javascript, karena kecepatan eksekusi javascriptnya di atas firefox dan opera.

Snow Leopard hadir lebih awal dari yang sudah di jadwalkan bulan september yaitu 28 agustus 2009, dan kabar baiknya sudah bisa preorder dari sekarang….
